Europe’s largest potato processor, Clarebout Potatoes from Nieuwkerke, Belgium, is going for a line of stability in the potato contracts for the 2025 harvest year.
Belgapom reports a price of 200 euros/ton (excl. VAT) for the Fontane and Challenger varieties on 20 December. The price thus increases by 50 euros/ton (excl. VAT) compared to the price of 13 December.
