Poland: Potato field evaluation training

The training was organized by the Plant Breeding and Acclimatization Institute in Radzików – National Research Institute, Bonin Branch. The training was aimed at individuals involved in seed potato breeding and certification.

During the course, the most important topics related to identifying varietal characteristics, assessing plant health, and assessing procedures in accordance with applicable standards were discussed. Considerable emphasis was also placed on practical aspects, such as recognizing the symptoms of viral and fungal diseases, and the proper use of assessment forms.
