Países Bajos: Clarebout contract provides extra encouragement to Innovator
Europe’s largest potato processor, Clarebout Potatoes from Nieuwkerke, Belgium, is going for a line of stability in the potato contracts for the 2025 harvest year.
It is striking that it is focusing on longer storage and is shifting the focus slightly to Innovator. The company can use every potato well with the opening of a new French fry line in Dunkirk.
